Refund Policy

Tokens, content unlocks, and tips are digital goods. Once tokens are delivered, content is unlocked, or a tip is sent to a creator, purchases are generally non-refundable.

We will review refund requests for duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, incorrect amounts, technical failures where tokens were not delivered, or refunds required by law.

We may request your order ID, account email, transaction time, payment provider receipt, and a description of the issue. We will compare payment records with token delivery and respond within a reasonable time.

Refund abuse, chargeback abuse, or fraudulent transactions may result in account restrictions, token reversal, revoked content access, or creator earning holds.
