We collect information needed to operate HotReveal, including account identifiers, contact details, profile information, age attestation, usage records, token transactions, unlock/tip records, device data, and security logs.

Creator verification may require identity, age, rights, tax, or payout-related information. We use it for compliance, risk review, payouts, disputes, and legal obligations.

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card data on HotReveal servers; bank payout details are not collected until a compliant vault or payout provider is connected.

We do not sell personal information. We may share necessary data with hosting, database, payment, fraud prevention, support, analytics, legal, and compliance providers under contractual safeguards.

We retain data for as long as needed for business operations, compliance, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal requirements. You may request access, correction, or deletion, but some transaction, compliance, and security records may need to be retained.
